Top of the Morning.

amusememusically

Le Tired, but a morning person anyway. Doing the morning rituals. Drinking my thermos of coffee and doing something I love. (listening to music) Youtubing it. This weekend was a work weekend. Sunday kind of a more mellow day. I try hard to connect with the people I work with. These people, like myself are real human beings with feelings. Former addicts, or struggling with addiction. I try to be positive and give them some hope. When they are moving on from this, into the next chapter of life and or out into the world again- I try to give them a little token of something (my music and or music discs) If I can just reach one person, my job is done. I try not to be robotic and treat them with dignity and respect, not like they are some number or perpetual robot. I try to convey to them, they are not alone. Some literally have nothing. (family, friends, healthy connections) Relationships are hard enough, and hard enough to hold onto, without throwing the wrench of addiction in there.

Maybe this week a jam session with some guys. Appointments. I would like to stop into FIFTH DIMENSION RECORDS studio, but can't find the time or line up our schedules. Ah, A! I will get there. Work always tires me down, and it takes me a while to gather myself again. I feel the depression swing this morning. Cheer up to an anti-depressant. The pendulum swings sometimes.

I was in college in 1994-95 or so and the Gypsy Queen was there. A lot of doing the wrong things in that era of my life. I just wanted to say, she turned me even further into a Pearl Jam fan. This tune- "Yellow Led Better" really got me. This song was a lifesaver although reducing me to tears at certain trivial times in my life struggles.

The song below is by THE SOUND NINJA and I am a featured guitar player. I play the mid/ending song solo on the electric guitar. It is one of his most played songs. (Spotify) (Bandcamp) I believe. I play on some of his songs. We met each other through the internet. Twitter. Not face to face, but across the www. He asked me to play some guitar for him and that was that. (also, THE WINDOW)

Have a good day!!
