July 4th came and went and I have been silent and removed for a few days. After work on SUNDAY the 4th I went to my Mom's and had dinner with them. My brozilla can always make me smile and laugh. He is one of few. They live in a hamlet of an area off the map I swear.

Last night on my way home from Wally World I got a speeding ticket and I have not had one of those since like high school. I was going, he said, 50/30. One of those moments where you speed up to leave a speed zone into the next. Grr. Just want I needed! lol

I pulled over before he could hardly get his car started and turning around. He was sitting right at the sign. I saw him.

Doing some music still. My new mixer is backordered of course. So I use my old one.

This Brother Cane tune, I heard on 94.1 REAL ROCK Watertown, NY. I have not heard it since the 90's and had to hunt down what and who it was! I finally found it in an underrated song pile. I love this song. I thought he was lyrically saying "Bad Moon, Shine On".. so I could not find it. He was really saying "and fools shine on". Just a catchy song.

Sometimes I so miss the 90's era. Sometimes. That station though, is cool because they also have a "Local Licks" Show.. playing local grown talent. Including myself.

The drum session here was a first take on a recording I was doing for a song I wrote recently called "Addicted". A little bit of an OBAMA "tan hat" controversy hat. If you follow politics. Hope all is well. Happy Belated July 4th! Make your own fireworks this year!
