Really interesting speeches today at the 21' High School Graduation event in Lowville NY. One speech involved financial recognition and not getting confused about fianancial success vs. being happy. I loved the speech, it kind of opened my eyes a little. Go out and grab your slice of life!
During the Graduation Ceremony, I recalled my graduation. When it was time to get my diploma, I accidentally walked right by the prinicipal that was handing them out and a lot of people cheered when they called my name - my nickname was "Snow" back then. It had something to do with my sneakers and it turned into "Snow". Anywho, when I went to get my diploma I was of course in cloud 9 and walked right by and the principal put his hand on his head and face and the crowd and students laughed. I ran back around and threw my arms in the air and said "I love you all!" and I have a picture kicking around somewhere of that moment. It was a moment, I may never forget. Well, almost until today's reminder. I also will never forget hearing my father, who has passed, yelling "YAY BILLAYYYY". Good memory.
This is me (nice hair blowing in the wind dude) lol with Kim's daughter. Congratulations to her and family. All did well with her. She turned out to be a very creative, good hearted young lady. She received a lot of scholarships today.
I think tomorrow I am going to sign back into high school. Don't rush it, you will miss it. Most likely.
